QUICK SKILLET POTATO SALAD 
6 bacon slices, chopped
4 c. thinly sliced unpeeled potatoes
1/2 c. each chopped onion and celery
3/4 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1/4 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. chopped parsley

Fry bacon until crisp; remove. Add potatoes; cook, covered over medium heat, 10 minutes. Uncover; add onions and celery, continue cooking 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, turning occasionally. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Add to skillet; heat, stirring occasionally. Top with bacon. 4 to 6 servings.
