1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. cold water
1 c. salad dressing
2 tsp. vanilla

Grease and flour pan (9 x 13). Combine all ingredients and mix well.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Frost with E-Z Frosting.

E-Z Frosting:

1/2 c. butter
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 to 3 c. powdered sugar

Mix ingredients together and spread on cake.
