2 sticks butter
3/4 c. white sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour and chocolate bits

Mix all ingredients, except flour and chocolate bits, very well together. Then add all other ingredients. Mixture will be pasty in texture. Spoon onto a greased cookie sheet and cook for 10 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
