TURKEY PARMIGIANA FILLING 
3 tsp. butter
3 tsp. enriched flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. frozen peas
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. cut up turkey or chicken

Heat butter, flour, salt, pepper, milk and peas to boiling in 3 quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients except turkey until smooth. Stir in turkey; heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until turkey is heated thoroughly. Serve with hot popovers split lengthwise into halves. Serves 6.
