SALMON BURGERS 
1 (1 lb.) can salmon
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. melted butter
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 c. bread crumbs
4 buttered hamburger rolls

Drain liquid from salmon and reserve. Break salmon into small pieces. Saute onions in butter.

Mix onion, 1/3 bread crumbs, eggs, mustard, pinch salt, salmon and liquid. Roll burgers in 1/2 cup bread crumbs and fry 3-4 minutes on each side until brown.
