CHERRY-VANILLA SUNDAE CROISSANTS 
4 croissants, slit 1" deep on top
1 1/2 c. vanilla ice cream
1 c. cherry pie filling

Place crumpled foil in each slit to hold croissant open. Heat croissants in preheated 325 degree oven 10 minutes until crisp; cool completely. Remove foil; place croissants on serving plate. Fill each with ice cream, spooning some on top. Spoon cherry filling over ice cream. Makes 4 servings.
