CHILI-PEPPERONI SALAD BOWL | |
1 med. head iceberg lettuce 3 c. corn chips 4 oz. pepperoni, thinly sliced 1 lg. tomato, chopped 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1/4 c. sliced pitted ripe olives 1 (15 oz.) can chili with beans Line salad bowl with outer lettuce leaves, cut remaining lettuce into bite-size chunks. Place lettuce chunks, chips, pepperoni, tomato, cheese, and olives in bowl. Heat chili; pour on top of salad. Toss lightly. Makes 6 servings. |
