HOT PEPPERONI SUB 
green pepper, sliced
onion, sliced
salt and pepper or other spices, to taste
thinly slice pepperoni, for one sub type roll or more
Italian sub type roll
chopped up tomato and lettuce, in small portions
Kraft Italian shredded cheese mix, in bags
salad dressing, to your taste
olive oil, for frying

Cook sliced green pepper and sliced onions in frying pan on a little above medium heat till onions are slightly brown in two tablespoons of olive oil. Add salt and pepper and toss for about eight minutes.

While above is cooking, lay as much pepperoni on sliced open roll partly open and broil for approx three minutes.

Add cooked vegetables to open roll. Then add the tomato and lettuce to top of veggies on roll.

Sprinkle with Italian cheese mixture and then add a touch of salad dressing.
