HAWAIIAN BREAD 
2 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. coconut
2 mashed bananas

Combine flour, soda, sugar, salt and nuts in mixing bowl and blend by hand. Add remaining ingredients and bake in greased and floured (two) 9 x 5 inch loaf pans at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
