HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. chopped cooked chicken
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. MSG
2 c. chopped celery
4 boiled, sliced eggs
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

If you would like, you may add 1 cup cooked rice. If so add 1/2 cup milk. If preparing for large group, add rice. It is good either way! Baptist women like with rice!

Combine all ingredients. Pour into 13 x 9 greased casserole. Sprinkle over salad 1 1/2 cups crushed potato chips and 2/3 cup slivered almonds. Bake at 350 degrees 20-25 minutes.
