HOT CHICKEN SALAD CASSEROLE | |
2 c. diced, cooked chicken 1 c. mayonnaise 2 c. diced celery 2 tbsp. grated onion 1/2 c. slivered blanch almonds 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. MSG (optional) 1/2 tsp. celery seed 2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice 1/2 c. shredded cheese 2/3 c. broken potato chips Combine and put cheese and potato chips on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 6. |
