HOT CHICKEN SALAD CASSEROLE 
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. water
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. cooked diced chicken or turkey
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 1/2 c. Minute rice
2 sliced hard-boiled eggs

Mix mayonnaise, water, and soup. Stir in chicken, onion, and rice. Carefully add eggs. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
