8 servings instant Potato Buds
1 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded cheddar
6 slices bacon, crisply cooked & crumbled
1/4 c. sliced green onions, with tops

Microwave potatoes in rectangular microwaveable dish, 11" x 7" x 1 1/2". After whipping, smooth top; spread with sour cream. Sprinkle with cheese, bacon and onions. Microwave uncovered on high until cheese begins to melt, 2 to 3 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
