1 c. cornmeal
1 c. powdered milk
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1 c. all-purpose flour
3 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
1 tbsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. dried oregano

Combine all the ingredients. To use: Place 1 cup mixture in a plastic bag, shake chicken pieces until well coated. Place on a baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Store unused mixture in an airtight container. Recipe makes coating for about 8 pounds of chicken.
