15 oz. Ricotta cheese 2 pkg. cream cheese 1 pkg. taco seasoning Tomatoes Peppers Onions Lett uce, shredded Cheddar cheese, shredded Mix Ricotta cream cheese and taco seasoning, using hand mixer. Place in center of pie plate and cover with shredded lettuce. Top with onions, peppers, tomatoes and Cheddar cheese. Serve with taco chips. | |
