RUMPLEDTHUMPS 
5 lg. potatoes
2 1/2 c. chopped cabbage
2 leeks, chopped
2 1/2 c. chopped broccoli
6 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. mace
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Cook potatoes, steam cabbage, leeks and broccoli. Melt butter; stir in mace, salt and pepper. Add to steamed vegetables. mash potatoes, 2 tablespoons butter, add milk, stir in vegetables and mix together. Place in baking dish, sprinkle cheese and melted butter and bake 350 degrees, covered, for 30 minutes.
