CORN SOUFFLE 
1 can cream style corn
2 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 c. milk
Grated Colby cheese

Blend flour with milk. Mix with remaining ingredients, except cheese. Place in oblong 8 x 12 glass baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese in the last 10 minutes of baking time.
