RAISIN CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 c. Quaker Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
3/4 c. finely chopped Diamond Walnuts
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 c. (5 1/3 tbsp.) butter, melted
3/4 c. Sun-Maid Raisins
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the first 4 ingredients; mix well. Press firmly onto bottom and 1 inch up sides of ungreased 9 inch springform pan. Bake 15 minutes; cool slightly.

Soak raisins in hot tap water for 5 minutes; drain and set aside.

Beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in reserved raisins; mix well. Pour into cooled crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Chill at least 4 hours before serving. 12 servings.
