APPLE PUDDING CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 c. butter
2 tbsp. sugar
12 c. apples
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. milk

Mix flour, butter and 2 Tbsp. sugar; pat into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix apples, sugar and cinnamon. Add onto crust.

Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes. Right after it comes out, mix vanilla pudding and milk and put on top.
