APPLE PUDDING CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 c. butter
2 tbsp. sugar
10-12 apples (peeled and cored)
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon
2 pkgs. reg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
Milk
Cool Whip

12x17 inch cookie sheet. DO NOT GREASE.

1. Mix flour, butter and 2 tbsp. sugar until crumbly. Pat onto cookie sheet.

2. Slice apples. Mix with 1 cup sugar and 2 tbsp. cinnamon.

3. Spread over dough and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Then cover with foil and bake 15 minutes longer.

4. Prepare 2 packages of regular vanilla pudding. Pour over cake while still hot.

5. Refrigerate.

6. Before serving may spread Cool Whip over top.
