PARTY PEAS 
3/4 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 stick butter
2 lg. cans peas (drained)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 green pepper (chopped)
1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
Sm. amount of pimento
Bread crumbs

Saute onions and celery in 1/2 stick butter. Add drained peas, green pepper, soup, pimento and chestnuts. Put the mixture in a casserole dish and cover with bread crumbs. Bake 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Serves 8.
