CORN BEEF SALAD 
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 c. diced celery
1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. Miracle Whip
3 tbsp. minced onion
4 hard boiled eggs, diced
1 lg. and 1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. diced pepper (red, green or both)
Sm. can corned beef

Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water, add jello and stir well. Blend in Miracle Whip and cream cheese. Fold in remaining ingredients and pour into mold or loaf pan. Refrigerate overnight.
