RASPBERRY SHRUB 
1 pt. raspberry sherbet
2 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Orange half slices
Kiwi wedges, peeled
Fresh raspberries

In container of electric blender combine sherbet, orange and lemon juice. Blend just until smooth. Serve immediately or, for a thicker drink, put in freezer for an hour. At serving time stir until just smooth. To serve pour shrub into chilled glasses and skewer a rolled half slice of orange, a kiwi wedge and a raspberry on a toothpick and put in glass.
