BROCCOLI-CAULIFLOWER COLE SLAW 
1 bunch broccoli
1 head cauliflower
1 bunch green onions

DRESSING:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar

Wash and dry broccoli and cauliflower. Cut flowerets into bite-size pieces. Slice onions.

Combine mayonnaise, vegetable oil, sugar, and vinegar in jar. Shake well to blend. Add salt to taste. Pour dressing over broccoli and cauliflowerets. Cover bowl and refrigerate.

Salad is best if refrigerated 4-6 hours before serving. Stir several times.
