1 1/4 lb. ground beef
2 oz. Bleu cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. scraped onion

Mix together. Place each patty in an open piece of foil formed like a cup to catch the drippings. Bake 20-25 minutes in open foil until done.
