BLACK BOTTOM CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. water
2 c. sugar
2/3 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips

Mix flour, sugar, cocoa and baking soda in a large bowl. Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Beat at high speed until well blended. Pour into pan. Mix cream cheese, sugar and eggs. Add chocolate chips. Drop this mixture by teaspoons on top of cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
