PEANUT PIE 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. corn syrup (Karo)
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. chopped roasted peanuts
1 (9" deep dish) unbaked pie shell

Beat eggs slightly in 2 quart bowl. Stir in sugar, corn syrup, salt and melted butter. Add chopped peanuts and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until filling is slightly firm. Center of pie may be slightly soft when pie is gently shaken but will be firm when cool.

Serves 6.
