MOM'S IMPOSSIBLE QUICHE 
6 to 8 slices bacon, cooked
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, chopped
1 sm. onion
1 1/2 c. milk
1 ham steak, chopped
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
4 slices Swiss cheese (more if desired)
Dash of nutmeg
Sprinkle of onion salt

Place bacon, Cheddar cheese, ham, and onion into greased pie plate or deep quiche plate. Sprinkle with onion salt. Beat together eggs, Bisquick, and milk. Lay Swiss cheese on top of bacon mixture. Pour egg mixture on top next. Sprinkle with nutmeg lightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
