IMPOSSIBLE BACON QUICHE 
12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded natural Swiss cheese
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease any 10-inch pie pan or plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in plate. Beat milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt and pepper with electric mixer until smooth, about 1 minute. Pour into pie plate.

Bake in a hot oven about 35 minutes or until top is golden brown and knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Garnish with tomato slices and bacon strips, if desired.
