CHOCOLATE CHIP CUPCAKES 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. dry cocoa mix
1 tsp. salt
2 c. water
1 c. oil
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix together cream cheese, egg, salt and 1/2 cup sugar in small bowl. To this add chocolate chips. Set aside.

In separate bowl, mix flour, soda, 2 cups sugar, salt and dry cocoa mix until blended. To dry mixture add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Pour second mixture into 35 cake liners. In center of each drop 1 teaspoon of chocolate chip mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Frost when cool, if desired.
