BREAKFAST COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar

Cream above ingredients together well. Add to sugar/butter mixture the following and mix well:

1 tsp. vanilla
3 beaten eggs
1 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda

last add:

1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. sunflower nuts
5 c. quick oatmeal

Mix all well. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Do not over-bake. (Notice that these cookies, loaded with mostly healthy ingredients, have no flour.)
