2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
2 jars baby food (plum or applesauce)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts or coconut (or both)

Mix all ingredients at once by hand. Bake at 350 degrees in greased and floured Bundt pan.

QUICK METHOD: 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 c. sugar 1 c. Wesson oil 1 c. nuts or coconut 1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
