PORK CHOPS WITH GOLDEN STUFFING 
4 pork chops
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. celery slices
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheese Whiz
2 tbsp. water
1 (6 oz.) pkg. croutons

Brown pork chops in butter. Remove from skillet. Saute vegetables in skillet, remove from heat. Add 3/4 cup cheese and water. Stir until cheese melts, add croutons and mix lightly. Spoon into greased 8 inch square baking dish or pan. Top with pork chops and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until chops are tender. Top with remaining cheese. Leave in oven until cheese melts.
