POPPY SEED MUFFINS 
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. & 2 tbsp. safflower oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. almond oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. poppy seed
3 c. flour

Dump all ingredients in bowl and mix well. Put into muffin pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Weight Watchers: Sub 1 1/2 cup sugar and 1 cup safflower oil.
