JEANNE'S CHICKEN POT PIE 
1 chicken, cooked, boned & cut in sm. pieces
6 tbsp. flour
6 tbsp. butter
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Green pepper
Sm. onion
1 sm. can Veg-All
4 eggs, hard boiled
Your favorite pie crust
3 c. milk

Melt butter in pan. Saute onion and green pepper in butter. Add flour, salt and pepper. Stir until bubbly. Add milk and cook until just comes to a boil. To this white sauce, add chicken, Veg-All and hard boiled eggs. Line casserole with pie crust. Pour in chicken mixture. Bring pie crust up and over mixture (cobbler style). Bake in oven until crust browns nicely.
