JIFFY CAKE DESSERT 
1 sm. Jiffy cake mix
4 egg yolks
1/4 c. water
4 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 box strawberry junket
1 3/4 c. water
1 c. strawberries
1 tub Cool Whip topping

Beat together first 3 ingredients and spread in 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Beat egg whites and sugar until stiff; sprinkle nuts over cake mixture and then top with beaten egg whites. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cook junket and water until thick. Add strawberries. When cool, spread over cooled cake. Top with Cool Whip.
