JIFFY POPPYSEED CAKE SUPREME | |
1 (18 1/2 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix 1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix 4 eggs 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. oil 1/2 c. cream sherry 1/2 c. poppyseeds Combine all ingredients, stir just to blend. Beat at medium speed of mixer for 5 minutes. Pour into greased 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until cake tests done. Cool in pan for 15 minutes, then cool on plate. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top. |
