POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. dried, minced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. American cheese, grated
1 1/2 c. potato chips, crushed fine

Mix all ingredients (except potato chips). Put in 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Top with potato chips. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
