SPINACH SALAD 
2 (10 oz.) bags spinach
2 tart red apples
8 slices bacon, crisply fried, crumbled
2/3 c. salad dressing
1/3 c. thawed-frozen orange juice

Wash and dry spinach leaves. Tear into bite-size pieces. Cut apple into tiny pieces, combine with spinach and crumbled bacon. Mix salad dressing and orange juice, pour over spinach mixture about 10 minutes before serving. Blend well. Serves 10 to 12 people.
