CHERRY WALDORF SALAD 
2 large apples, chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 celery ribs, chopped
1 c. fresh pitted tart cherries, halved
1/2 c. dried cranberries
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. honey
1/8 tsp. salt

In a large bowl, toss apples and lemon juice. Add celery, cherries, cranberries and almonds. In small bowl, whisk mayo, sour cream, honey and salt until well blended. Pour over salad and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.

Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
