RAISIN SOUR CREAM PIE 
1 c. raisins
2 egg yolks
2/3 c. sugar (can use some brown)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. flour
Pinch of salt
1 c. sour cream

Cook raisins in enough water to cover. Mix together the beaten egg yolks, sugar, flour and cream. Add to raisins, cook until thick. Pour into baked shell, cover with meringue and bake. 8 inch pie.
