STUFFED MANICOTTI 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. manicotti
1 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
1 jar prepared spaghetti sauce

FILLING:

2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbsp. fresh parsley
1 tbsp. garlic salt

Brown ground beef, drain. In bowl, combine milk, parsley, garlic, and cheese, mix. Add ground beef, set aside.

Cook manicotti until soft, drain. Spread thin layer of spaghetti sauce on bottom of casserole dish. Stuff filling in cooked manicotti, arrange in dish. Cover manicotti with remaining filling and sauce. Then cover with cheese. Cook for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. Yield: 6-8 servings.
