TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 can drained tuna
2 pkgs. frozen spinach (drained)
2 tbsp. minced onion
6 hard boiled eggs, sliced
2 c. cream of mushroom soup
12 oz. sour cream
Salt and pepper
1/4 c. melted butter

Squeeze spinach to remove liquid; place spinach in bottom of greased casserole. Sprinkle onion, tuna, and eggs over spinach. Mix soup and sour cream. Pour over egg mixture. Mix crumbs and butter (2 cups or 4 slices); pour over top and bake 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
