TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE | |
12 oz. Mueller's Tri Colored Noodles 2 cans (6 1/8 oz. each) tuna fish (drained and chopped) 1 1/2 c. sour cream 3/4 c. milk 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese 1/2 stick butter 1 sm. onion (chopped) 1 green pepper (chopped) 1 pkg. shredded cheese, 8 oz. (Cheddar) Heat oven 350 degrees. Cook noodles as directed. While noodles are cooking, cut up tuna, green pepper and onion. Drain noodles. Mix noodles, tuna, green pepper, onion, sour cream, milk, pepper, Parmesan cheese in casserole pan. Shake Cheddar cheese over top. Cut slices of butter and put on top. Shake bread crumbs on top. Bake uncovered 30 minutes. |
