TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE 
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans of Bumble Bee tuna, drained
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 3/4 c. lowfat or skimmed milk
2 c. shredded cheddar or American cheese
1/2 of (16 oz.) pkg. of egg noodles
1/4 c. bread crumbs

In medium saucepan stir together tuna, mayonnaise, flour, onion and mustard. Gradually stir in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens (about 3 to 4 minutes). Gradually stir in cheese. Add egg noodles and tuna mixture, mixing thoroughly. Turn into a greased 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle bread crumbs over the top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
