CREAMY TUNA CASSEROLE | |
8 oz. uncooked noodles 1 can (12 1/2 oz.) tuna, drained 1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained 1 jar (2 oz.) sliced pimentos, drained 1 1/2 c. dairy sour cream 3/4 c. milk 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp. butter, melted Snipped parsley Cook noodles as directed. Drain. Mix noodles, tuna, mushroom, pimentos, sour cream, milk, salt and pepper in 2 quart casserole. Mix bread crumbs, cheese and butter. Sprinkle over tuna mixture. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with parsley. |
