FLORENTINE TUNA CASSEROLE | |
1/4 c. minced onion 1 mince small garlic (or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder) 2 tbsp. butter 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna (drained) 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery 2 tbsp. diced pimento 1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 c. cooked green spinach noodles 1/2 c. chopped walnuts 3/4 c. shredded Mozzerella cheese In 1 1/2 quart casserole, place mixture of minced onion, garlic, butter. Cover and microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir in tuna, celery soup, pimento, Italian seasoning, Worcestershire sauce and noodles. Recover and microwave on high 4 minutes. Stir. Recover and microwave 3 minutes more. Sprinkle top with walnuts and cheese. Recover and microwave 1 minute. Serves 4 to 5. |
