LOW-CAL BRAN MUFFINS | |
3 tbsp. non-fat dry milk with 3 tbsp. water 2 env. Sweet and Low 3/4 of a pared apple 1/4 tsp. vanilla 4 drops almond extract Pinch of each: cinnamon and nutmeg 5-6 tbsp. wheat, oat or all bran (use just one type) Put all ingredients, except bran, in a blender. Blend until apple is chunky. Place in a bowl and add bran. Whip batter with a spoon, mixing well. Divide batter among 4 cupcake holders. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. |
