WHEAT BRAN MUFFINS 
1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran cereal
2 c. Sugar Twin
5 c. all purpose flour
5 tsp. baking soda
2 quick shakes of salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 c. egg substitute
1 qt. low-fat buttermilk
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix dry ingredients in a LARGE bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake for 15 minutes.
