BUTTER BRICKLE BREAD 
1 pkg. Betty Crocker butter pecan cake mix
1 sm. pkg. (3 - 3 1/2 oz.) instant coconut cream pudding
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. poppy seeds
4 eggs
1 c. hot water
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into 2 or 3 greased and floured loaf pans, filling each no more than half full. Bake at 250 degrees for 15 minutes. Raise oven temperature to 300 degrees and cook 45 more minutes, or until loaves test done. Another cooking variation is to bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Test for doneness.
